CANCELLATION POLICY

To provide the best service to all of my clients, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. * 48+ hours’ notice: No fee. * Less than 48 hours’ notice: A 50% fee of the scheduled service will be charged. * Less than 24 hours’ notice: A 100% fee of the scheduled service will be charged. * No-shows: Will always be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Please note that the same fees apply whether you are canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Zabé Collective Members: Members enjoy an exclusive 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling window for their monthly membership facial. * 24+ hours’ notice: No fee. * Less than 24 hours’ notice: A $10 rescheduling fee applies when retaining your facial credit for a future appointment. * Facial rollover: A $15 fee applies when carrying an unused facial credit into the following billing cycle. Additional services booked alongside a membership facial, including lashes, brows, and sugaring, remain subject to the standard 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy above. All appointments are provided a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may result in appointment cancellation and will be treated as a same-day cancellation, subject to the applicable cancellation fee. Please notify me if you anticipate arriving late. Arrivals of 15 minutes or more without prior notice or communication will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service. Appointments are reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute changes make it difficult to offer that time to another client.
