CANCELLATION POLICY

To provide the best service to all of our clients, there's a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full service amount. We understand that life happens and you may need to adjust your appointment time. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid any fees. Same-day rescheduling is allowed once as a courtesy. After that, a $30 fee applies for any additional same-day changes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide the best service for all clients.
